Meet Arielle, Your Guide Through the College Journey
A calm, strategic partner helping families navigate the admissions process with intention and clarity.
With over a decade of experience in the college admissions landscape, Arielle Villanueva brings a deep understanding of how applications are read, most recently at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Arielle is a student advocate and educator first and foremost, so her counseling approach is focused on serving not only as a resource and cheerleader throughout the college application process, but also as a mentor who genuinely wants to get to know her students.
Arielle graduated from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, with a B.S. in Psychology and minors in Gender Studies and Dance. She completed her M.Ed. in Higher Education and Student Affairs while working full-time in the undergraduate admissions office. Arielle is a former collegiate dancer and served as the UNC-Chapel Hill dance team coach. She is also a trained Yoga Teacher and Mental Health First Aider from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing.
Having supported hundreds of students and families, she is committed to making the college journey feel clear, intentional, and strategic. This focus ensures that both parents and students feel supported and heard throughout the entire process. Her calm and professional guidance provides a warm environment where students can find support in a complex and stressful process.
My mission is to mentor and guide families through a college process that reduces stress, replaces guesswork with strategy, and keeps the student’s authentic voice at the center.
